Return Policy

Delivery and return shipping costs are not refundable.

We will pay for the return shipping charges only when the following problem occurs: 

  • If you received the wrong item by mistake. Whether it's the wrong style, colour or size, we will exchange it for the correct item and pay for the shipping costs. 
    However, the item must be returned within the 7 days following the reception of your order. 
  • If the item has a manufacturers default. We will exchange the item and pay the return shipping. 
    However, the item must be returned within the 7 days following the reception of your order.

When returning a product because of an error in your order, all products must be sent with original packaging, if a product is received broken or missing pieces it will not be reimbursed. To avoid theft or loss of return packaging, we recommend using Canada Post with the option of delivery confirmation.

Party Village is not responsible for the loss or theft of your return package.

Once we receive the package please allow 1 or 2 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds will use the same method of payment as the original order.
